“There is no such thing as Plan A. Plan A is the idea you are “in control”. Plan A = Plan Attachment. Attached to a belief things must go a certain way, for it to be the right way. When you surrender and let go of the need to know, the plan better than you could have planned begins to unfold. This is the journey to Freedom. This is Plan F.”
This isn’t a coaching program. It isn’t a course full of information or a list of strategies to implement. It’s a journey — a structured arc with a clear before, during, and after. A real experience of moving through fear, not around it.
Built on the understanding that the things we try hardest to control are often the very things holding us back.
A program gives you information. A journey gives you transformation. Plan F is all about the journey. Over 12 weeks — held inside a 3-month container, because real transformation needs a runway and a landing strip — you will move through ten territories, each named for what it asks of you.
The work isn’t linear. We don’t count on everything going, according to plan. We leave room for life. That’s why the extra weeks exist — one to land, one to integrate. Because sometimes the most important shift happens in the after the work, not during it.
At the center of it all is Week 5: Faith.
This is where Plan F earns its name. Where control becomes surrender. Where needing proof gives way to trust. Where you are asked to stand in your truth. This is when you realize everything we have done before was preparation. And everything after is forward motion.
She Has Lived Every F on This List.
Fear. She’s faced it — a multiple sclerosis diagnosis at 19, loss that came before she was ready, a life that kept asking her to begin again.
Forgiveness. She’s done the work — on herself, for herself, without needing anyone else to go first.
Faith. She has followed her inner nudge with no explanation and no guarantee — across countries, careers, and chapters of her life — and watched it lead somewhere she never could have planned.
Freedom. She lives it. Not perfectly. But fully.
Carlyn doesn’t guide this journey from the outside. She guides it from having walked every step of it herself. She knows what it costs. She knows what it’s worth. And she will be in your corner for every single week of it.
You wouldn’t be reading this if you didn’t. Something in you is ready — for the next chapter, for the version of yourself on the other side of this, for the life that’s been waiting for you to show up for it.
Plan F begins with one decision: to stop moving around your fear and start moving through it.
