The Journey from Fear to Freedom.

Travel Is My Medicine.

A 10-week, 1:1 experience for the woman who is done waiting and ready to find out what happens when she finally show up for herself.

“There is no such thing as Plan A. Plan A is the idea you are “in control”.
Plan A = Plan Attachment. Attached to a belief things must go a certain way, for it to be the right way. When you surrender and let go of the need to know,
the plan better than you could have planned begins to unfold.
This is the journey to Freedom.  This is Plan F.”

This isn’t a coaching program. It isn’t a course full of information or a list of strategies to implement. It’s a journey — a structured arc with a clear before, during, and after. A real experience of moving through fear, not around it.

Built on the understanding that the things we try hardest to control are often the very things holding us back.

You want healing, you want peace, you want support.

Plan F is the framework that supports your story and your shift.

Plan F Is for - Three Kinds of Women

Plan F Is for - Three Kinds of Women

They all share one thing: they already know what’s not working.

The one life pushed.

The rug got ripped out from under you. A diagnosis. A loss. A relationship that ended or changed everything. A life that suddenly looks nothing like the one you planned. You’re still showing up every day — but underneath it, you’re reaching for something more. A reason to believe there’s another side to this.

The one who knows something has to change.

Something is no longer working — a career, a relationship, a version of yourself you’ve been holding onto past its time. You feel it. You might not be able to name it yet. But you know. And somewhere underneath all of it, you’re ready. For something new. For your next chapter.

The one who is ready to leap.

You’ve been watching other women boldly change their lives and you feel it — not envy, but recognition. You know it’s possible. You know it’s your turn. You’re not waiting for permission anymore. You’re waiting for the right container to do the work.

This Is- Not A Program.
It’s a Journey. And There’s- a Difference.

This Is - Not A Program.
It’s A Journey. And There’s a Difference.

A program gives you information. A journey gives you transformation. Plan F is all about the journey.  Over 12 weeks — held inside a 3-month container, because real transformation needs a runway and a landing strip — you will move through ten territories, each named for what it asks of you.
The work isn’t linear. We don’t count on everything going, according to plan. We leave room for life. That’s why the extra weeks exist — one to land, one to integrate. Because sometimes the most important shift happens in the  after the work, not during it.

At the center of it all is Week 5: Faith.
This is where Plan F earns its name. Where control becomes surrender. Where needing proof gives way to trust. Where you are asked to stand in your truth. This is when you realize everything we have done before was preparation. And everything after is forward motion.

The Journey - 10 Weeks 10 F’s

The Journey - 10 Weeks 10 F’s

Fear → Feel → Forgive → Flip → Fuel → Friends → Faith → Flow → Fulfillment → Freedom

F is for Fear

Facing What’s Really There
We begin where you are. Fear isn’t the enemy — avoiding it is. This week you name it, sit with it, and discover that the thing you’ve been running from has been waiting to show you something.

F is for Feel

Letting It Move Through You
You cannot think your way out of something you felt your way into. This week is about giving yourself permission to feel — fully, without judgment — so the emotion can do what it was always meant to do: pass through.

F is for Forgive

Releasing What You’ve Been Carrying
Self-forgiveness is the gateway to everything else. This week you look at what you’ve been holding — against yourself, against others — and you begin to set it down. Not because they deserve it. Because you do.

F is for Flip

Rewriting the Story
Perspective is a choice. This week you take the story that has been keeping you stuck and ask: what if this happened for me? What if this is the chapter that makes the next one possible?

F is for Fuel

Taking the First Real Step
Fear fades when you move. This week is about action — not big, dramatic leaps, but the one small, courageous thing you’ve been putting off. You take it. And everything shifts.

F is for Friends

You Are Not Doing This Alone.
The Universe confirms you’re on the right path through the people who show up. This week you look at who is in your corner — and you open yourself to the connections, the synchronicities, the strangers who are about to become something more.

F is for Faith

The Heart of the Journey — Week 5
This is it. The week everything turns on. Faith is not the absence of fear — it’s the decision to move anyway. This week you practice surrender. You stop trying to control the outcome. You trust — the process, yourself, the Universe — before you have any proof that it’s working. And something real begins to open.

Perspective is a choice. This week you take the story that has been keeping you stuck and ask: what if this happened for me? What if this is the chapter that makes the next one possible?

F is for Flow

When You Stop Forcing and Start Allowing.
Alignment feels different than effort. This week you learn to recognize the difference — between pushing and allowing, between forcing and flowing. You discover what it feels like when you’re living in your lane.

F is for Fulfillment

Live in Joy
You didn’t come this far just to survive. This week is about fun — about remembering what lights you up, what makes you feel fully alive, and giving yourself permission to want it. All of it.

F is for Freedom

I Move Differently Now.
You’ve done the work. You’ve moved through fear, not around it. This final week is about integration, celebration, and the declaration that changes everything: I move differently now. Because you do.

“I move differently now.” — The declaration every woman makes at the end of Plan F.

Plan F — $4,500

3-month container. 10-week journey. 1:1 with Carlyn.

Plan F is offered by application only. Not because it’s exclusive — but because Carlyn wants to make sure this is the right container for where you are right now. If it’s not, she’ll tell you that too. And she’ll tell you what is.

She Has Lived Every F on This List.

Fear. She’s faced it — a multiple sclerosis diagnosis at 19, loss that came before she was ready, a life that kept asking her to begin again.
Forgiveness. She’s done the work — on herself, for herself, without needing anyone else to go first.
Faith. She has followed her inner nudge with no explanation and no guarantee — across countries, careers, and chapters of her life — and watched it lead somewhere she never could have planned.
Freedom. She lives it. Not perfectly. But fully.

Carlyn doesn’t guide this journey from the outside. She guides it from having walked every step of it herself. She knows what it costs. She knows what it’s worth. And she will be in your corner for every single week of it.
